This permanent role offers the chance to oversee project timelines and schedules across various stages, from tender through to delivery. Projects will range from £5m to over £50m in value. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and regularly review detailed project schedules. Produce and monitor tender event schedules and procurement timelines. Create site logistics plans, scaffold schedules, temporary power and water requirements, and temporary work schedules. Compile data for tender settlements, including benchmarking and cost analysis. Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site visits and assess progress against schedules, reporting findings.
