The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems and construction, with proven experience in supervising plumbing projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, the Plumbing Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate plumbing installations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in plumbing or construction management preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plumbing Supervisor or similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing plumbing installations on construction sites. Thorough understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations, with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
