About you: We re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager with an engineering, trades, or degree background. You ll have the knowledge and confidence to work alongside contractors on a technical level, ensuring proposals are fully understood and best practice is followed. You ll be comfortable managing reactive issues, planning and delivering cyclical maintenance, and overseeing multiple properties and their technical systems. Familiarity with BMS systems, energy efficiency measures, and sustainability initiatives is important. Previous experience in hotels is essential. What matters most is your ability to take ownership of the facilities function, manage responsibilities across multiple sites, and ensure all technical and compliance requirements are met to a high standard.
