The Role: Working under/alongside an experienced Surveyors & Construction Director you will be responsible for a variety of activities, including: Producing method statements Weekly management reports Monitor progress of the project in accordance with programme Pre start meetings and health and safety plans Undertake a site safety induction of all new site personnel. Liaise with the materials controller ensuring material deliveries are in accordance with the build programme. The management of the work carried out by the sub-contractors. The Person You must have detailed building and construction experience CSCS card SMSTS First Aid qualified Computer literate Ability to read drawings Ideally from a trade background - Brick/Stone/Masonry would be preferred Good eye for detail and passionate about construction Desirable Criteria: Degree/HND/HNC Construction or a related subject.
