Candidate Specification
* Formal Q.S Qualification (HND or BSc)

Based on site in South East London, the Quantity Surveyor will join an infrastructure specialist, well regarded for their expertise in delivering key projects for clients within the water, gas, energy and rail sectors.
The Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in the team by managing a number of subcontract packages on a £300m+ project. They will be responsible for managing their own portfolio of packages, taking them from procurement through to final account agreement. Some of the Quantity Surveyors key duties will include:

Management of subcontract payment notices in accordance with company processes
