Job Role - Carpenter / Multi-trade
Location - Norwich and surrounding areas
Pay Rate - £160 per day (must have own work vehicle)
Our client, a subcontractor who deliver high quality services to clients in the social housing and local authority sector are seeking carpenter / multi-trades to join their maintenance team on an ongoing basis.
The work will mainly be in Norwich and the surrounding areas. Working hours are 08.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday with 30min lunch break.
The role: Carpenter / Multi-Trader
Working in void and occupied domestic properties mainly in and around the Norwich area. This will be carrying out maintenance and repairs in kitchens, bathrooms and interiors in void and occupied properties while at the same time offering a high standard of customer service.
Role requirements -
In order to be considered for the role you must have good skills in a variety of trades including carpentry and basic painting, plastering and tiling etc.
- Asbestos Awareness & Manual Handling Certificates (we can provide access to free online courses)
- Have own tools and transport
- Experience of facilities or housing maintenance (carpentry background)
