To work alongside a Senior Designer to run and deliver complex luxury residential projects to an exemplary standard with immaculate attention to detail. Must have the capability and experience to independently deliver smaller projects and manage junior members of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• FF&E budgets for smaller projects and assist with larger projects.

To work alongside a Senior Designer to run and deliver complex luxury residential projects to an exemplary standard with immaculate attention to detail. Must have the capability and experience to independently deliver smaller projects and manage junior members of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• FF&E budgets for smaller projects and assist with larger projects.
• Take responsibility for all FF&E packages and ensure that they are delivered to the set project programme.
• Create immaculate client presentations in InDesign, including boards of mood images, rendered plans and elevations (coloured in Photoshop), digital material palettes (assembled in Photoshop), visualisation of the designed spaces (either hand sketches or sketch-up renderings), bespoke furniture design and visualization.
• Produce floor plans, elevation and joinery drawings using Auto-Cad.
• Understand the quality of the projects and ensure that everything from presentations to the bespoke furniture and light fittings are of exemplary standard and meet their client’s expectations.
• Act as a role model for, and manage junior members of the team.
• Manage project documentation delivery: Organize schedules, digital folders and physical material palettes.
• Represent the company to suppliers and consultants: coordinate with external professional consultants to integrate requirements and meet project objectives
• Client relationship: leading to positive feedback and repeat projects or referrals.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and innovation in design.
• Client relationship: presentable, fluent English, confident and discrete.
• Proven documentation of producing excellent design presentations.
• Proven track record and ability in day to day tasks of a project (not a specific area of a project such as FFE only).

Role Competencies:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the interior design business; relevant experience of luxury residential projects with high FF&E budgets (minimum £500,000), a minimum of 1.5 years of experience within a London team which has delivered projects in Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Belgravia and Chelsea. Proven experience in bespoke joinery and furniture design and client liaison.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and innovation in design.
• Software proficiency: AutoCad, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch-Up, EstiPC (preferred but not necessary), Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bespoke Furniture Design – experience in designing innovative furniture pieces, proved record of successfully communicating the concept through, hand sketches, CAD drawings or 3D models.
• Excellent eye for materials and palettes, generally stylistically aligned with the companies style.
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Furniture, interior and spatial visualisation skills through hand drawings or renderings.
