Due to expanding business, KSD Support Services Limited are seeking an experienced two-person Roofing Team. The Roofing Team will be required to complete investigations, minor repairs, storm damage repairs, gutter clearances, and roofing replacement to various building types.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities are detailed below, however KSD Support Services Ltd may require additional responsibilities to be absorbed within reason from time to time to meet business demands.
* To carry out electronic leak test and repairs to Trocal (Sika) roofs;
* Inspecting and identifying failures to roofs caused by water ingress;
* Resolving minor repair items such as gutter repairs, patch repairs, tile replacements;
* Undertake and complete small and larger repairs to stop water ingress and liaise with the clients on the damage both externally and internally;
* Maintain accurate records of all works undertaken e.g., completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job;
* Ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times, in accordance with all technical standards;
* To build positive working relationships with clients and ensure that all work is completed to a satisfactory level;
* Participate in the ‘out of hour’s service on a rota basis to ensure any roofing issues are dealt with promptly.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
* Full Clean UK Driving Licence;
* Own hand tools required;
* Willingness to travel across the UK but predominantly in your base area;
* Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work as part of a team;
* Good communication and customer service skills;
* Full industry recognised qualification obtained to NVQ Level 3, or equivalent is desirable;
* CSCS Card;

* Asbestos Awareness Certificate;
* Working at Height Certificate;
* IPAF - Mobile Vertical (3a), Mobile Boom (3b), Static Boom (1b);
