This is a key role ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your new role Manage day-to-day site operations for electrical works on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. Coordinate with subcontractors, electricians, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure all electrical installations comply with current regulations and safety standards. Liaise with clients, housing associations, and internal teams to manage expectations and resolve issues. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure timely completion of works. Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, safety documentation, and compliance certificates. What you'll need to succeed NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
