Candidates from any carpentry, joinery, labouring or general maintenance related backgrounds are encouraged to apply for this role. The successful candidate will have the option to join the company s installation team, second fix installation team or the repair team. The roles will be based from the company s site in Westcott, where you will collect required parts and the company vehicle. Most of the work carried out is within London and surrounding areas. Occasional stay away required. This role involves the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electronic display equipment, including LED and TFT displays ranging from 21 inches to large-scale installations over 100 square metres. The role requires travel to various sites including offices, sports stadia, retail premises, and more. Day-to-day of the role: Install, commission, and maintain a wide range of electronic display equipment, including media players, communications, and system control equipment. Work across diverse locations such as sports stadia, exhibition venues, retail premises, leisure facilities, transportation hubs, and educational facilities. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to IT, electrical, or electronics components of the display systems. Ensure all installations and maintenance comply with current safety and industry standards. Collaborate with teams and clients to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects. Adapt to various working environments, including outdoor settings and heights. Required Skills & Qualifications: Full UK driving licence. Proven experience working outdoors and at heights. Strong diagnostic skills in IT, electrical, or electronics. Experience in a field-based service, installation, or commissioning role. Flexibility to work out of hours, including nights or weekends, as required. Desirable Skills & Qualifications: Driving licence with category B pre1/1/97 or C1 post 1/1/97. Qualifications in Information Technology, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering ONC/NVQ level 3, or equivalent. IPAF Powered Access Licence categories 1b, 3a, 3b. Working at heights training. We are hiring a Mechanical Shift Engineer with a background in Plumbing or Air Conditioning to join an established facilities maintenance team. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across all mechanical systems. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, chillers, pipework, and commercial plumbing infrastructure. Small project installs Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal system performance and comfort levels. Manage water hygiene, Legionella testing, L8 compliance, and general plumbing diagnostics. Respond to emergency call-outs on-site and support minor installation or refurbishment works.
