Are you an Electrical Project Engineer? Our client would consider all levels from Intermediate to Senior as they have new projects starting across London and would like to strengthen there team. The successful candidate will have worked on M&E projects of £10 Million + and have overseen projects from conception to completion
Typical Responsibilities include:
Design review and management
Value engineering of electrical package
Procurement of subcontractor packages
Supply chain management
Producing and issuing of RFIs and Technical Submittals
Implementing commissioning plans
Providing technical and programme assistance to the project teamRequirements:
HNC or Degree in Electrical / Building Services Engineering
Experience leading technical aspects of large scale residential projects
Steady employment history, ability to show responsibility for projects from concept to completion

Junior / Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer required to join a building services consultancy to work on a range of challenging and innovative projects in both the public and private sectors. They work for a number of high profile clients across the UK delivering design solutions for a wide range of project types. Your new role
You will be working on a wide variety of construction projects in the UK with main duties including:
Preparation of designs, calculations, specifications and tender documentation for electrical services as part of a project team
Understanding of regulations and standards and keeping up to date with future changes
Coordination with other disciplines and specialists
Undertake feasibility studies
Attend design team and project meetings on behalf of the company
Prepare specifications / equipment schedules / drawing and information to installation and fully coordinated standards (RIBA Stage 5)
Prepare technical reports, specifications, contract documents etc
Liaise directly with clients and contractors
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 2 years' experience of mechanical building services design (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
Hands on knowledge of AutoCAD and Hevacomp
Design consultant or contractor background
Minimum HNC or equivalent in relevant subject
What you'll get in return
£25,000 - 35,000 salary depending on experience
25 days holiday
