Overview We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of three concurrent construction projects involving reroofing, roofing overlays, and repairs to reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC). The projects are being delivered on live, occupied buildings, requiring exceptional planning, phasing, stakeholder management, and a rigorous focus on health, safety, and quality. The Contracts Manager will work closely with the Quantity Surveyor, report into the Construction Director, with Site Managers on each project reporting in. Quantity Surveyor - Fire Protection, Fa ade & Cladding Role Overview A leading specialist contractor is seeking an experienced freelance Quantity Surveyor to support ongoing and upcoming works across fire protection, fa ade, and cladding packages. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing commercial aspects of multiple projects, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery. This is a full-time freelance position based out of their Doncaster office (40 hours per week) with hybrid working and occasional site visits. Your new role As Quantity Surveyor, you'll be the commercial lead for your business area, providing essential financial and contractual support across projects in England and Wales. You'll work closely with operational teams, ensuring accurate cost-value reporting and maintaining strong client relationships.
