Proven track record managing similar-scale (£2M+) fit-out projects in occupied / live environments. Strong understanding of M&E coordination, finishes, sequencing, and logistical planning. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in reporting tools and basic MS Office / project management software. Able to handle client interface and stakeholder management sensitively in occupied premises. Desirable: Previous experience working on commercial or office refurbishments in busy city centre areas.
