Position: My client are looking for a SM (No.1 ) on a project in Henley-on-Thames. Project is £250k, refurbishment and fit out of a super prime house on a private estate. . There is an existing Foreman on the job but they now need a Site Manager to come and take over.
Individual: Previous experience of one off residential or super prime residential is ESSENTIAL . The client has also requested valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
