About the Client My client started life as a sealant company but has seen the development across all areas of the construction industry. A multi-disciplinary company with extensive and proven experience in providing a wide range of services for the internal and external fabric of commercial buildings. From maintenance and remedial works, through to fire stopping and water proofing. About the Role * Responsibility for day to day management of allocated portfolio of projects. * Responsibility for ensuring projects are completed on a timely basis within budget. * Following on-going maintenance works * Estimating of both residential and commercial tenders * The works were carried out over-night during the week, and at the weekends, to ensure no disruption to operations. * Contracted to replace damaged fire stopping in several areas * Projects cover Fire Stopping, Access Solutions, Water Proofing & Maintenance * Ensure all works are carried out under health and safety guidelines. These include high and low rise domestic and commercial properties within the private and public sector. Due to continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to oversee the Midlands and South West Regions. Company; The company is a leading Drylining contractor who have recently set up a new division that primarily operates in passive "fire stopping". They are currently applying for IFC Accreditation however hold other accreditations and have a number of potential new build and refurbishment projects in the pipeline. They do operate across Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire & West Sussex and work for the larger National builders but are looking to expand theuir Fire Stopping business to the commercial sector. Role; They are seeking an experienced "Fire Stopping Manager" to help the Directors to basically run the day to day operations of the fire business, help recruit the team and help develop and grow the company and ideally develop leads.
