Acting as the primary point of contact for all MEP design-related matters. Monitoring design progress against programme milestones and project deliverables. About You Proven experience in an MEP Design Manager role within engineering, construction or major projects environments. Strong experience managing MEP design throughout live project delivery and commissioning phases. Experience working on complex, highly regulated or technically challenging projects. Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations, engineering standards and design assurance processes. Strong commercial awareness, including management of design change and programme impacts. Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams, consultants and specialist subcontractors. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
