Quantity Surveyor - Dublin Great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor in Dublin. Our client is a top Irish contractor specialising in commercial, residential, educational, and healthcare projects throughout Ireland. The position is a permanent salaried role. Minimum Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics 6 years’ experience with a main contractor preferably Proven track record Roles and Responsibilities * Measurement of works packages for procurement. * Identifying and pricing of all variations as and when they occur * Sub-contract enquiries and budget costs analysis of tenders * Preparation of Cost Preliminaries. * Preparation and submission of quotations and change orders. * Negotiate with client’s representatives and other consultants * Manage all variation cost items * Responsible for Junior Quantity Surveyors onsite * Provide Data and analysis of issues & risks as required by Management. * Liaising with site management throughout project to ensure on budget
