Multi Trade Operative Job Type: Permanent Start Date: Immediately Location: Hemel Hempstead Salary: £34,000.00 per year We have an exciting new opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join the responsive repairs team at an award-winning housing association. You will be responsible for completing repairs in customer's homes. Daily responsibilities of a Multi Trade Operative are: Responsible for completing repairs in homes occupied by tenants Receive work orders through PDA and be given appointment times to attend Provide out of hours support on a rotational basis Fault find and accurately diagnose the repairs requiredRequirements of a Multi Trade Operative are: Full UK Driving License City and Guilds in a relevant skill or equivalent You must be competent in using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work Experience of carrying out repairs within the social housing environmentBenefits for the Multi Trade Operative role: 25 days per year increasing by one day per completed holiday year to 30 days maximum £900 each year in April to spend on flexible benefits Performance bonus up to 4.5% of salary On-call rota Power tools provided Company work van and fuel card Flexible working hoursIf you are interested in this position, please apply or call Leah on (phone number removed) for more information
