Electrician Job Type: Permanent Start Date: Immediately Location: West London Salary: £41,500.00 per year We are working on behalf of a housing association who are looking for an Electrician to carry out day-to-day reactive maintenance works in occupied and void properties. Daily responsibilities of an Electrician are: Carrying out all aspects of electrical work including repair, maintenance and fault finding in residential properties Fuse board replacements Electrical inspection, testing and condition reporting Smoke and CO alarm replacementsRequirements for an Electrician are: City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing or equivalent (preferred but not essential) ECS/JIB Card Previous domestic electrical repairs experience 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical InstallationsBenefits for the Electrician role: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday On-call rota for additional earnings Company van and fuel cardIf you feel you would be suitable for this position, please apply or contact Leah on (phone number removed) for more information
