Project Manager - Facade/Cladding/EWI/Render The Company My client are a Specialist Façade Contractor. They currently have a turnover in excess of £4m. Working within London and Surrounding Counties. The Role - Project Manager My client are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join them on a project initially in Kingston Upon Thames, with future projects in London. You will need to have a background in Facade/Cladding/EWI/Render Responsibilities include: * Managing the day to day aspects of the project. * Driving the project outcomes. * Maintaining the health and safety in the project. * Procurement of specialist subcontractors * Managing the scope work package and developing strategic package programmes * Reporting into the MD * You will have a 'hands on' approach The company is run by a very affable Director who has developed a robust company with a solid reputation.
