Contracts Manager Housing Area spanning 60 mils of Lutterworth Upto £80,000 + Car Allowance + Bonuses A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to work for our client a successful, regional housing developer. Contracts Manager will be overseeing multiple housing developments across the midland’s sites across Leicestershire, Warwickshire, and Rutland. Plot sizes vary, majority of them traditional build, timber frame ad-hoc. Role Duties: • Pre-start site inspections and preparation of CDM pack • Suitable tender list for subcontractors, monitor their performance • Liaising with commercial department • Review construction programme to ensure targets are met and completions are on time • Control additional costs • Support the Site Manager and ensure information, materials and contractors are available • Monitor each stage of construction as work proceeds to ensure a quality product • Promote company and always adhere to policies Contracts Manager attributes: • Must have experience as a Contracts Manager for a Housing Developer • Great communication and problem-solving skills • Must be computer literate • Valid UK Driving license For the right candidates a salary and package will be put together.
