Senior Site Manager

My client, a national main contractor, specialising in new build projects up to £40m across the commercial and retail sectors, currently has a requirement for a freelance Site Manager in Lincoln for approximately 6 months. The project is a new build, fast paced commercial development, value £20m. The successful candidate must have valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid. Experience of new build projects, including frame, cladding, roofing and managing internals packages would be advantageous.
