Estimator – Temp to Perm Contract to start ASAP! Location: Stafford ST18 Salary: £30,000pa (£15.38ph) Hours of Work: 40hrs – Mon – Fri Working Hours – 9.00am – 4.00pm Job description Our client is a well-known family owned and run business with a base in Stafford. They are a passive fire protection company. They specialise in the supply and installation of fire doors. Fire Barriers. Penetration sealing. Due to growth and expansion, they are recruiting for a Estimator to join their team. Qualifications/Skills Public Sector – must have experience dealing with public sector contracts / proposals / tenders Background construction experience a bonus. GCSE Grade C or above in Maths, English & Science Full driver’s license Good understanding of mathematics Good understanding of methods of construction Good people skills Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans, interpret drawings and ability to scale dimensions Familiar with CAD is desired but not essential SMSTS desired but not essential Responsibilities - a brief overview to include but not limited to.
