My client is a main contractor with multiple live projects nationwide.
We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and manage a project based in central Oxford.
This package requires you to manage and oversee groundworks and demo works consisting of sheet piling, concrete bays, kerbing and drainage.
Ongoing and continous work for correct candidate.

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!
Site Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing the labour and putting men to work.
• Ensuring all paperwork is filed and organised.
• Liasing with the client, providing weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Pushing and following programme.
• Ordering materials.
Site Manager Requirements:
• CSCS card.
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Experienced in managing groundworks and demo schemes.
• 7+ years management experience
