Job Description
We are recruiting a Chartered Surveyor on behalf of our customer who are a well-respected successful national property consultancy. As a Chartered surveyor you will be a key member of the valuation team, building a client base and delivering on all valuation related needs.
As a Chartered Surveyor your responsibilities will include;
* Manage client relationships
* Deliver against your own fee earning targets
* Support the team to outperform KPI’s and performance indicators
* Driver business development
* Seek new profitable opportunities for all areas of the company
* Support senior team members on large/complex instructions
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in your own skills as well as the team processes
The ideal candidate will have the following;
* Experience of operating in the property sector
* Proven track record of building and developing client portfolios
* Strong technical valuation skills and knowledge of valuation techniques
* Full Membership to RICS
