Contracts Manager

Vacancy: Contracts Manager Type: Permanent Location: Schemes across West Yorkshire, Lancashire and Greater Manchester Type of work: Social Housing Refurbishment - Re-roofing Salary: £36k (salary to be reviewed after successful probationary period) A well-established, and rapidly expanding based Contractor are currently looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The company have gone from strength to strength each year and have an exciting growth plan in place. Due to recently winning new contracts which are due to commence imminently, they are looking to expand their team. They currently have an opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis. You will initially be working alongside an existing Contracts Manager on one site, before moving on to manage your own sites. You will be managing and have overall responsibility for multiple Social Housing refurbishment schemes (predominantly re-roofing, but other planned works are undertaken by the company), ensuring each contract is delivered within time and budget. Additional duties include: Managing weekly/monthly programmes Managing Health & safety Programming and planning all works Managing site teams consisting of Site Managers/Foreman/Tradesmen Being the company representative at Client meetings Recruitment of staff, organising trades and labour Ensuring KPI's are being achieved General delivery of the contract You must have: A strong background in the social housing refurbishment or roofing sector CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection (ideal) If you are interested in this position and would like to apply, please send a copy of your CV to Steph at Fawkes & Reece.
