Responsibilities of Contract Manager: Plan projects and ensure they are programmed to a level of detail for the site manager/operatives to deliver the scheme effectively Attend tender handover meetings Produce and analyse progress reports, updated costs and forecasts Chair and attend internal and external meetings Ensure weekly review of progress, budget resources and forward planning are carried out Organising directly employed labour and encouraging maximum productivity.Experience and Qualifications: Relevant experience in education, commercial and refurbishment projects with values between £750k to £10m as a Contract Manager Experience in both the management of Traditional & D&B Contract. Experience of working for a principal contractor.
