Plasterer Manchester Permanent 40 hrs pw £27,000 + company van Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a Manchester based Housing Association, to recruit to a Plasterer on a permanent basis Responsibilities of the Plasterer include: Carrying out all aspects of plastering works to void and tenanted properties Undertaking the following skilled tasks: Removing, refitting and renewing skirting boards, architraves, kitchen units and worktops Removing and refitting wash hand basin, WC pan and cisterns Undertaking all DPC works Undertaking tanking Completing rendering Delivering an excellent customer experience Reporting additional repairs and safeguarding concerns Leaving customers' homes clean and safe Updating your PDA Ordering parts and materials Requirements of the Plasterer includes: City and Guilds Level 2 or equivalent in Plastering UK Driving License Willingness to undergo Basic DBS check Basic skills within a secondary trade To be considered for this exciting role, please contact Bethan Hall - Associate Director at Hamilton Woods or apply online with a covering note of your experience and suitability referencing BH 4884.
