Maintenance Handyman/Woman

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting Maintenance Handyman/Woman. Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Maintenance team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future. Role: * Maintain communal areas within our blocks and on the estate. * Provide a responsive service for residents. * Small Maintenance and Repairs. * Liaise directly with residents and contractor. Answering questions and queries regarding health & safety and security issues.
