Site Manager

Due to steady business growth and the need to expand, our client currently have a position available for a Site Manager on project in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. The project is a CAT B fit out of an existing building and our client are looking to build a strong management team for future projects. Salary will be negotiable depending on level of experience. Duties will include but not limited to: * Control of Sub-Contractors * Quality Control * H&S implementation and monitoring * Programming * Client liaison as this is a live environment will be paramount to the success of the Project. * Good knowledge of M&E would be an advantage Requirements: * Previous experience working with Main Contractors in this sector. * SMSTS or equivalent construction based qualification. * CSCS Card.
