Assistant Site Manager ( Internals )

I am looking to speak to Assistant Site Managers with Internal Fit Out of Residential apartments experience to join a highly successful team on a development in Hertford. The successful Assistant Site Manager will oversee all internals on a 104 unit development of RC Frame flats. Reporting to the Senior Site Manager you will be responsible for taking the units from 1st fix internals through to handover, with excellent progression opportunities to move up Site Manager and above. The Candidate: The ideal candidate will be an Assistant Site Manager with a background in delivering residential schemes; able to successfully lead a subcontractors to deliver an exceptional quality product, with key focus on detail and an eye for quality. A background in fit-out of residential units is vital for this role. The successful candidate will start on this aspect of the build progress, then be given the opportunity to develop their skillset working under a mentor.
