Technical Lead

Fawkes and Reece are currently working with a specialist residential contractor or are recruiting for a Technical/ Design Lead for a 400-unit new build residential development in Berkshire. The business has an exceptional name across the UK for delivering large residential schemes with a firm focus on sustainability. This flagship scheme will deliver 400+ new build residential units comprising of high r/c frame blocks and traditional build houses. The scheme is due to start on site in late 2023, so this is an ideal opportunity to take ownership of a project at pre-construction stage and manage the scheme through to completion in 2028. This role calls for candidates with strong residential experience as well as someone with experience working with a main contractor or residential developer.
