SENIOR ESTIMATOR REQUIRED FOR A PERMANENT POSITION IN MIDLANDS This is a fantastic opportunity for an Senior Estimator to showcase their skills and knowledge working with a reputable main contractor. We are looking for a Senior Estimator with at least 5 years in the industry. Location: MIDLANDS Package: Competitive Salary + Car Allowance + Bonus RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and review cost estimates, review contractor’s proposals, and participate in negotiations with contractors Perform accurate quantity take Prepare full project estimates from conceptual design through 100% design, and prepare written basis of estimate report associated with the estimates Prepare full tender analysis Track market conditions and costs Cost planning, estimating Product High Level Budget/Cost Plans Organise and manage cost estimating database REQUIREMENTS Mixed Construction experience would be advantageous Educated to Degree level in relevant subject / Proven relevant experience Exceptional skills demonstrating attention to detail Adept in managing and delivering against challenging and competing timescales For more information contact Sandip on (phone number removed) or send an email to (url removed)
