I am currently recruiting for a Bid Coordinator for a busy contractor to support their Estimating/Bid Team.
Duties of the role will include but wont be limited to:
• Manage, review and refresh proposals files and databases
• Maintain critical standard proposals information ensured information is shared across the team
• Analyse requirements of bids
• Plan work process and draw up timetable of key milestones in preparation of bids
• Attend start-up meetings where applicable
• Review, edit and write material for proposal document
• Prepare material for post-tender interview and responses
• Support other team members to achieve critical deadlines
