Main Responsibilities of the Plant Operations Manager The ideal candidate will be managing the Utilities Team across the UK You will be creating plans for your team to succeed Completing performance management meetings, day to day management as well as attendance and conduct You will be monitoring subcontract and labour costs You will need to make sure that all KPI's are met Ensuring that the workplace is a positive and productive environment Analysing contracts and assessing the contribution to the department Experience and Skills required The Plant Operations Manager needs to be BOAS Manager Accredited Has relevant qualifications and experience with BG01 Regs, PSSR Regs and Trade Effluent Plant Must have the ability to write SOPs, RAMs which are relevant to the Utilities Operation Have knowledge of Permit to Work procedures, safe systems of working, Health & Safety as well as Environment and Quality Systems.
