Sales Advisor

We have an opening for two Sales Advisors to join a well-known and growing building merchant with newly established depot based in Burton-On-The-Wolds. About the role Salary £25,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience Our client is opening a new branch based in Burton on the Wolds and are looking for two Sales Advisors to work in a busy sales office, responding to enquiries and phone calls to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities * Provide expert advice and close sales * Provide Account Management service to key customers * Provide high levels of technical advice and customer service * Undertake targeted proactive outbound calling and social selling to attract new customers. * Interpret and provide pricing for technical drawings and specifications. * Process enquiries, orders and handling after-sales support * Engage in additional sales activities including attending sites and trade shows Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required * Previous experience of working in a customer service and or sales environment * Basic IT skills * Good numeracy and written skills * Good attention to detail * Good communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations * Organisational skills and time management * Flexible, self-motivated and driven Benefits * On target earnings * 23 days annual leave (3 reserved for Christmas shut done) * Potential for progression For more information and to apply, get in touch with Rebecca at our Loughborough branch by clicking 'Apply Now' to submit your application.
