Freelance Site Managers - Social Housing Projects – Hackney & South London £250 - £300 per day - 4 Month Contract The Company/Position: I am currently recruiting on behalf of an established construction, maintenance service provider within the Social Housing Refurbishment sector. They are currently recruiting for Site Managers to undertake Kitchen and Bathroom replacements and refurbishments in Hackney and another position in South London. Main duties and responsibilities include: * Client meetings and handovers * Site inspections and safety checks * Inductions of new employees on to site * Reporting of near misses and accidents * Carrying out toolbox talks Requirements: * Available to conduction MS Teams Meeting * Previous Social Housing Refurbishment experience on Internal works packages. * Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Certificates as minimum * Available to start within the next 4 weeks What’s in it for you? * £250 - £300 per Day Rate * Regular work with an established main Contractor * Duration of contracts are 4 months If this position is of interest or you know someone who is looking for work please apply today
