Site Manager

PSR Solutions require a Site Manager for a residential site in Dorset. The duration of the job is permanent You will need following - - SMSTS - First Aid - CSCS Card Job details- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public Coordinating and supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors Selecting tools and materials Using specialist project management computer programmes Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety Conducting quality inspections and maintaining quality control procedures Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings Finding ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any that crop up Assessing and minimising risk Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings Helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits and licences.
