Senior Quantity Surveyor , Immediately required in Manchester. RCM Ltd is working with a renowned Contractor, who are looking to recruit for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their established in house commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking to take their next step to further their career or for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who would like to work on projects within the Residential, Warehousing/Logistic and Commercial sectors with the room to progress and further succeed within this dynamic business. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for: Managing commercial and operation teams on site Budget management Working on projects across the Midlands regions Reviewing tender allowances and preparing internal budgets Monthly reports which will be reviewed with the Commercial Director for up to date reports and budgeting which is reported back to the group's board and senior management teams Updating and managing the payment sheets, reconciliation and payments Assembling of costs for forecasting in line with site budgets Preparation of take-offs and bill of quantity Managing any contractual changes which may arise during the projects process and safe guarding the business from a commercial aspect Managing and reviewing the procurement process, such as raising of orders against the project and processing of application for payments Updating costs across all projects on a weekly basis ensuring that cash flow is kept on to of and reviewed Representing the company at client meetings and visitsThe Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have: Project experience worth up to £80M within the Residential, Warehousing/Logistics and Commercial sector You will have or be working towards HNC, BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management or similar CSCS Card HolderWant to hear more?
