Production Operative

TEMP TO PERM ROLE, 5 YEAR CONTRACT** Nicholas Michael are currently recruiting for an exciting new role for Production Operatives with experience working with precast concrete for a brand new project starting in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire! INTERVIEWS STARTING IMMEDIATELY / NO CSCS NEEDED The role involves the manufacture of beams that will be used for the HS2 railway that spans from London to Manchester via Birmingham. Furthermore you will be required to: · Pour and rake concrete. · Clearing concrete beds. · Oiling moulds. · Prestressing concrete. · General labouring and tidying as required. There is on-site parking available and driving is recommended but not essential for this role due to location of site. There is a cycle to work scheme and discounted bus travel available. This will lead into a permanent role after 13 weeks being pay-rolled through Nicholas Michael at £13.50ph working 10 hour days and paid weekly. You will then go permanent with the contractor on a PAYE basis and full-time employment.
