Senior Site Manager

I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage a £5 million D&B new build Industrial project in the West London area. The project is currently live and will consist of 2 single detached Steel Frame Industrial units for Commercial Use. Key duties will be - Ability to lead a project upwards of £5 million Co-ordinate trades and facilitate short to medium term look ahead programmes and manage out Be able to lead on H&S Lead on subcontractor management Manage Q/A and LogisticsEssential experience needed - Industrial / Commercial experience is preferable Steel Frame & Groundwork's is essential SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to interview and start the candidate ASAP.
