Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (6-month FTC) Location: Midlands Sector: Modular Construction Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance & Package Are you a Quantity Surveyor with a residential background? Would you enjoy working with a large, national contractor who are in a substantial growth phase? You will be joining an established commercial team overseeing developments of £1m-£20m in value. This well capitalised business is changing the face of the housing sector using advanced DfMA led methodologies to build better and build faster. Your background in residential development will be essential in the selection and management of sub-contractors and CVR administration. This role sits in the middle of the existing commercial team which will enable you to transition into the role seamlessly.
