A family owned large private housebuilder is looking for a Site Manager to join their team based in the Aberdeen area Our client is looking for an Site Manager who has experience working within the private housing sector and had an eye for details ensuring that they continue to grow the company’s reputation. This position will be ideal for someone with a proven track record of working for a high end volume house builders in a similar role. An Assistant Site Manager who is ready to take the step up would also be considered for this role. As the Assistant Site Manager you would be responsible for: • Support the Site team to day running of the site • Supervise multi trades • Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed • Customer care • Ensuring there is a high level of quality on site by adhering to NHBC standards To be considered you must have a proven track record working within the Private Residential Sector as a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager in a similar role and have all relevant qualifications including an SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid.
