Our client is a major player in the interiors market with significant expertise in work space design and delivery
They now have a requirement for a Senior Pre-Con Project Manager with significant interiors Fit Out and workspace design and delivery experience to get involved in projects in the Aberdeen area.
The Role
You will work in their pre-contract team i.e. someone who looks after the project before it goes into the construction phase. Liaising with the client and the internal design & build teams.
They are looking for someone who has quite a bit of PM experience and very commercially minded probably coming through from the commercial side to PM.
The role would be based in Aberdeen and out on sites, reporting to their Design & build director.
The ideal candidate will have significant commercial/work space design and delivery fit out experience.

The successful candidate will have
Proven experience in a similar role
Ability to demonstrate a track record of experience in dealing with clients at a senior level
Significant post qualification experience of project management on retail and commercial fit outs and refurbishments
Demonstrate experience in working to agreed targets within a commercial environment
Construction related Qualification – Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management or equivalent
Extensive experience in the Construction industry
Commercial awareness
Experience of a wide variety of procurement routes and construction methodologies and a technical knowledge base
Demonstration of cost management
Knowledge of construction contracts
