Project Delivery Manager

Are you a Site/Project Manager with strong experience overseeing internal fit out projects? Are you looking for a different way of working? We are delighted to be working with our client who are a reputable interior fit out specialist business who have consolidated a stellar reputation for client satisfaction and quality by employing a customer focused, collaborative approach to project delivery. Due to an increase in workload and a strong order book for 2023, they are looking to add a Project Delivery Manager to their team ideally to commence employment from the end of January 2023. This role will predominantly be based in their office in Perthsire and involve managing multiple projects concurrently, with site visits across the UK as required. This role can be considered either as a temp to perm or a permanent position but our client are ideally looking to employ candidates who they can invest in and develop long term. So what's involved? • Managing multiple projects once initial design and estimation is completed • Ensuring drawings and scope align ahead of start on site • Liaison with commercial team to ensure subcontract orders are placed • Oversight of Site Set up and ensuring all requirements are met • Dealing with RFI’s with the client and relevant departments internally. • Ensuring Health and Safety is paramount when decisions are made regarding site operations • Supporting site managers with all information required to run a successful site • Attending and recording site meetings and internal project meetings, ensuring information is recorded and stored accurately.
