Painter & Decorator

A great opportunity has arisen for several Painter & Decorators / Multi Painter & Decorators to join a Housing Provider on a temp ongoing basis, covering Somerset. The successful candidate will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van. Pay Rate: * £18.33 per hour (Umbrella rate) Painter & Decorator Duties: * Carry out a range of Painting & Decorating related works within social housing properties, planned works on kitchens and bathrooms * Artexing * Coving * Remove and refit fixtures and fittings * Make good tiling * General Preparation work, filling * Wallpapering * General Painting * Glosswork/Staining The Successful Painter & Decorator will be required to: * Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames * Carry out works allocated by appointments * Have a valid UK Driving Licence If this role is of interest, please can you send me your updated CV and I will be in touch asap
