Site Manager

Salary: £300 - £400 per day, depending on experience Due to the growth of the business they are expanding and looking for several experienced, self-motivated Civil Site Managers to lead on upcoming projects. These projects are primarily in the South / South-East of England but you could be required to work nationally for short periods if required. Within the role you will be expected to manage a minor Civil Engineering construction site within the Railway environment and meet the project milestones whilst being responsible for the Health and Safety of the workforce. Requirements: Be able to manage a large site Have a strong Civils Background Have a good knowledge of the current CDM regulations Proficient computer skills (Daily site paperwork to be submitted electronically) Excellent communication skills Ability to read and understand construction drawings Be able to set up and maintain a safe system of work Deliver a professional service and a quality productTraining and Certificates PTS (and LU ICI desirable) CSCS Black Card SMSTS First Aid UK Driving LicensePackage Employed or Contractor role available Pay rates will be determined based on experience and knowledge within the industry Company van and fuel card Work Phone All company PPE provided Training and career progression
