Land Managers

Required background: Housebuilding Our client is a leading, well-funded, privately owned house builder looking to strengthen the Land team with a Land Buyer or Land Manager who is self-sufficient and able to work independently to Source opportunities and prepare land bids. They will have strong attention to detail and be able to prepare thorough land acquisition packs for review by the Land Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong can-do attitude and a good network of contacts along the M4 Corridor, downt to the Southcoast and will be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
