Project Manager

Required background: Housebuilding We are looking for a Senior Commercial & Project Manager with a tier 1 main contracting background to work on one the most significant projects in the UK with a construction value of nearly £1bn. We are looking for someone with extensive Design and Build experience with a can-do attitude and ideally chartered whilst having experience within multiple sectors with a bias towards retail. This role will ensure the full and robust delivery of commercial and project management activities, working closely with the Heads of departments on live construction projects within our portfolio and as a member of the wider in-house Design, Development & Construction (DD&C) team
