Cladding Project Manager

Job Role Streamline Services are proudly working with a very well respected Rain-screen Cladding Sub - Contractors within the UK who have a fantastic reputation within the industry. They are looking for a Cladding & Curtain Walling Project Manager to join their Cladding & Curtain Walling Divisions. Company Overview The company are one of the fasted growing cladding sub - contractors with over 30 staff growing and due to an extremely healthy line of work scheduled for 2023. The business is based in Central London. Duties * Settles final account negotiations with company directors * Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring all aspects of site health and safety * Ensure that a cost plan is maintained for each project * Obtain client agreement to make applications for stage and/or final payments at earliest opportunity to maximise cash-flow including resolving issues with client to secure payment. * Encourage best practice and continuous improvement. * Site visits at least 2 times per week. * Support the site management team to ensure all pressured areas are met (RAMs, Access, Labour, Material deliver Requirements * SMSTS is essential * Working for a Facades contractor is preferred but not essential * High rise experience is essential * Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management for a specialist sub-contractor installing * Understanding of working on tight deadlines * Can lead teams * Has a strong understanding of rain screen cladding * Previous experience with multiple Facade Systems What the candidate gets in return * Progression & training * A chance to work on some of the most vast projects within London * Progressive structure from the first day * Working in a family environment For more details on this fantastic vacancy please contact Kyle Francis at Streamline Services
